Credit Policy
As first time customers to Flogas Natural Gas, we would like to welcome you and ensure you that we are committed to offering you an excellent level of service.
As a new customer of Flogas Natural Gas you will need to complete and return our Residential Customer Agreement Form (64KB PDF). Please post this form to us at Flogas Natural Gas, Dublin Road, Drogheda, Co. Louth.
Existing Gas Users switching to Flogas Natural Gas
Payment is by Direct Debit Mandate. Should you not wish to pay by Direct Debit, then a refundable Security Deposit of €390.00 is required.
In the case of tenants, a Security Deposit is required in all cases. The Security Deposit is €250.00 where a Direct Debit is provided and €390.00 where it is not.
New Connections
Our new Connection Credit Policy is as above except that the minimum Security Deposit is €250.00 in all cases.
Security Deposits can only be paid by Credit Card, Postal Order, Bankers Draft or Cheque.
Account Security requirements must be sent to us by post within 14 days of you moving into your new home. You will be sent a letter notifying you of same once your account has been activated. Failure to provide security on your account will result in the withdrawal of services to the property.
